What this covers
Anything shared with us in the course of a requirement, introduction, bid or placement: the existence and detail of a requirement, the identity of a client or candidate, commercial terms under discussion, technical or architectural detail, and any documents exchanged to support an engagement.
Need-to-know sharing
We share engagement information only with the parties directly relevant to fulfilling it, and only to the extent needed — for example, a client's requirement is described to a shortlisted vendor only with the client's agreement, and a candidate's profile is shared only with the specific client considering them.
Non-disclosure practice
Before any detailed discussion of a sensitive requirement, technical approach or commercial position, we are glad to execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement with the counterparties involved. For consortium or bid work, this typically sits alongside a teaming or partnership agreement that sets out what each party may and may not disclose.

Anyone working on your behalf through Fiducia — our own team or a subcontracted specialist — is bound by confidentiality obligations in their engagement terms, and is briefed only on what they need to know to do their part.
Limitations
